The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/05, articles from 50 to 68), which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is stipulated outside commercial premises, recognizes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and to obtain a refund of the expenses incurred.

 

This right is reserved exclusively to consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and by natural persons who act for purposes related to their professional activity breakthrough.

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a written communication within 10 working days of receipt of the goods in which the intention to withdraw from the contract is expressed.

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to audiovisual software products and sealed computer software opened by the consumer.

 

The costs of returning the product are charged to the customer.

 

The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:

 

  • in the absence of the original packaging.

  • in the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals etc).

  • for damage to the product for reasons other than transport.

 

In the event that the customer has made a purchase on our site or through our customer service, you can take advantage of the right of withdrawal within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.

 

1. Contact Customer Service.

 

Communicate your desire to return the purchased product by sending an e-mail to servizioclienti@clubuniti.it with the following data and your identity document attached.

 

First name.
Surname.
Address.
Postal Code.
City.
Province.
Mobile phone.
E-mail.
Club Uniti Card Number.
Delivery letter number (document attached to the product).
Order number (found on the attached delivery letter).
Order date (when you ordered the product).
Code and Product Name.
Quantity purchased.

 

2. Upon receipt of the e-mail message, our Customer Service will contact you.

 

With the Customer Service Operators you can agree on how to return the goods to be made by Express Courier with shipping costs charged to you.

 

3. Upon return of the goods you will be refunded the price paid.

 

Upon receipt of the goods and after the appropriate checks, the price paid will be re-credited.

 

If at the opening of the package our Customer Service should find the lack of accessories or components and / or tampering with any part of the Product, or verify the malfunction caused by the Customer, a deduction will be applied as compensation for damage in proportion to the decrease of good value; if the asset is not intact or suitable for use, the right of withdrawal will be considered not exercised validly.
